Love it here! So much variety in pets and products, plus the 5% discount and friendly smiling faces every time I go in. 100% worth the extra 5 min drive from where I used to go for all my pet essentials.

Had such a great experience today. Bought my 5 month old puppy in and a lovely staff member spent so much time with us choosing and fitting an appropriate harness that fits her securely, that she can grow into as needed and has the correct attachments to help in training her to not pull on the lead. Excellent service.

Love this place!! It’s always so tidy and every staff member is so lovely! Special shoutout to Amanda who always has a smile on her face when I go in. I would get my fishie friends from anywhere else!

I had a very pleasant experience today. I was looking for some advice on budgies, the young staff there went above and beyond to give me the best advice they could about the care for my new pets, helping me to pick out toys and food etc. the young man saw me struggling with the bird cage (was made) and offered to help me bring it to my car. It’s so nice to see young people with a good work ethic and great customer service. I was going to go to pet barn but I’m glad I chose to support the happy pet place! I’ll definitely be buying from you, in the future.

Bring your money here instead of the chain stores. Great selection of food and accessories. Stocks local dog food, in case transport carbon footprint matters to you. Friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely my favourite pet supply store. Rewards customers with 5% off everything on top of any specials. Truely excellent customer service and nothing is too much trouble. They endeavour to supply or source whatever you require with a big focus on WA and Australian products. Kat you are a legend! Lily loves her harness your expertise was appreciated as a growing dog needs specialised equipment.

Went in today for some liver treats recommended by a lady I regularly see at the local oval. The lady that served me was very helpful and understanding of the issues I have getting my dog to show interested in food outside any competition at the dog park. She recommended a scruff mat to hide his food in. After months of wasted trialing different foods we came home, put some of the food he usually won’t eat into the scruff mat and he hasn’t stopped eating. I’m so happy that I don’t even care she kept calling him Roy (rather than Red Rocket Ronnie which is his full name, or just Ronnie for short).
